How to Use:

Za’atar is traditionally eaten with olive oil and bread, but is also great in other dips like hummus, baba ghanoush and tzatziki. Sprinkle on bread before baking. For great Pita Crisps, brush with Za’atar and oil, cut into triangles and pop in to a hot oven until crunchy.

Create delicious, healthy quinoa, rice or pasta salads with Za’atar, your choice of roasted eggplant, zucchini and capsicum, sauté mushrooms, grilled asparagus and haloumi.  Roll goat’s cheese in Za’atar, or add to grilled or baked fish and meat dishes.
