It is delicious in baked goods, especially apple pie or boiled orange cake. Give extra depth of flavour to rich chocolate desserts or add a pinch to stewed fruits. Pimento is also lovely in raw treats like chia & berry pudding. Try adding a pinch of ground pimento to a pot of chai tea or your favourite herbal blend to add aromatic notes.
