A wheat free plain flour that has been blended to be suitable for use in most recipes that require wheat flour. This natural free-flowing Wheat Free Plain Flour may be used in all areas of cooking and baking where plain or all-purpose flour is called for. Wheat Free Plain Flour has a subtle flavour and aroma similar to wheat and is a pale cream colour. It contains no artificial additives or preservatives and is non GMO.
