Organic Raw Cacao Butter

This pure Cacao Butter is pressed from cacao bean nibs processed at a low temperature of <47oC. It is Certified Organic and Fair Trade, and has no sugar or anything artificial added.

This smooth Cacao Butter is a pale yellow colour with a delectable, natural cacao flavour and aroma.

Their small size makes them easy and convenient to use. Cacao Butter is perfect for delicious raw food treats, home-made chocolate, ice cream and desserts.

How to Use:

This convenient Cacao Butter can be used in smoothies, homemade ice creams, raw treats, dairy-free or milk chocolate, and desserts.

Cacao butter melts easily at a low temperature of about 35o C. Simply place required amount in a bowl over pot of hot water and stir with a wooden spoon until smooth, fluid texture is achieved. Add to recipes as required.

Cacao butter may also be used as a face and body moisturise. Add to a warm bath or rub directly onto skin after bathing.
