Wonderful little chunks of Australian grown Ginger is sugar infused in vats to create this naturally concentrated taste sensation. These golden pieces of ginger are sweet and spicy with a firm, chewy texture. It is gluten free and has no artificial additives or preservatives. This Dried Buderim Ginger is a delicious snack and a yummy addition to many recipes.


How to Use:

Enjoy this scrumptious Dried Ginger as a snack on its own, perfect for lunch boxes, or combine with nuts and seed in a hikers mix. Add to muesli, granola blends or porridge; diced to a smaller size if desired. Fantastic in muesli bars, energy balls and slices.

Include dried ginger in fruit bread, cake, muffin and biscuit recipes; or dice finely and use to decorate cakes and for topping yoghurt, sundaes and desserts. For a zingy bite, add Buderim dried Ginger to your favourite dairy or vegan recipes for home-made chocolates and ice cream.

This Ginger is a delectable addition to preserves including marmalade, chutney and pickles. Dried Ginger is also great on cheese platters, and is a lovely gift.
