How to Use:
This flavoursome Organic Medium Grain White Rice can be milled for fresh light wheat free flour; or cooked and used in a variety of recipes. To cook, add 1 cup of well rinsed rice to 1½ cups of cold water and a pinch of salt-try Murray River pink. Bring to the boil; reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for 12-14 minutes or until tender and fluffy. Take off the heat and drain any remaining water. Fluff with a fork. Serve this rice as an accompaniment to all your favourite curries and hotpots. It can also be used to create delicious rice balls and patties, pilaf, seafood paella, or fresh salads. For a quick and delicious rice pudding for breakfast or dessert, simply reheat rice in dairy, oat or nut milk until creamy; with nutmeg, cinnamon and a dash of maple or coconut syrup. Serve as is, or with fresh berries, yoghurt or stewed fruit.



Store in an air tight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration recommended in warm climates.
