  • 9 Medjool date (as many as you like)
  • 1 tsp of peanut butter per date
  • 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chunks for topping


  1. Remove the pits from the dates making a cut with a knife being careful not to cut the date in half.
  2. Fill each date with 1 tsp peanut butter and top with chocolate chunks or any topping of your choice.
  3. Enjoy!
