1/4 cup pepitas
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1 cup almonds or macadamia nuts (wizz in food processor or Thermomix)
1/2 cup sultanas
1 cup other dried fruit of choice (I used blueberries, goji berries and cranberries and chopped these up in the food processor also).
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
I also like to add a teaspoon or two of cinnamon
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and store in a glass jar in a cool place.
