- 1 cup flaked quinoa
- 1/4 cup pepitas
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1 cup almonds or macadamia nuts (wizz in food processor or Thermomix)
- 1/2 cup sultanas
- 1 cup other dried fruit of choice (I used blueberries, goji berries, and cranberries and chopped these up in the food processor also)
- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
- I also like to add a teaspoon or two of cinnamon
