Gluten Free Muesli Recipe

  • 1 cup flaked quinoa
  • 1/4 cup pepitas
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 cup almonds or macadamia nuts (wizz in food processor or Thermomix)
  • 1/2 cup sultanas
  • 1 cup other dried fruit of choice (I used blueberries, goji berries, and cranberries and chopped these up in the food processor also)
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • I also like to add a teaspoon or two of cinnamon


Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and store in a glass jar in a cool place.
