This Chocolate Chia Pudding is a winner recipe for breakfast or dessert that you’ll make again and again.. so simple and amazingly delicious! It’s the easiest healthy dessert recipe you can make with no baking.
It’s creamy, chocolatey, and yet, loaded with nutrients. Bonus, it’s also vegan and dairy-free ⠀
2 tbsp Chai Seeds
1/2 cup almond milk or milk of choice
1 tbsp Cacao Powder
1 tsp of Maple Syrup, Honey, or another sweetener.
Toppings: granola, raspberries or other fruits of your choice and desiccated coconut flakes ⠀

To a small mixing bowl add cacao powder (sift first to reduce clumps) and the rest of ingredients except milk and whisk to combine.
1Then add a little bit of milk at a time and whisk until a paste forms. Then add remaining milk and whisk until smooth.
2Add chia seeds and whisk once more to combine. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 3-5 hours (until it’s achieved a pudding-like consistency). It may also be helpful to give the mixture an extra whisk/stir once it has been in the refrigerator for 30-45 minutes.
3Serve chilled with desired toppings.
