A quick, energy-boosting smoothie recipe that is super delicious and full of protein. Whip this up as a quick breakfast, to add more protein to your diet or to curb your hunger as a snack.
1-2 tbsp of organic pea protein isolate
1-2 tbsp of raw organic cacao powder
1/4 cup of rolled oatsr
1 cup of ice
¾ cup of hemp mylk, almond mylk or nut mylk
1 tsp hemp seeds
pinch of fine Celtic salt
1. Blend all ingredients on high in a blender until smooth.1

For a thicker smoothie, add a frozen banana, yoghurt or avocado.
