Choc Protein Smoothie

A quick, energy-boosting smoothie recipe that is super delicious and full of protein. Whip this up as a quick breakfast, to add more protein to your diet or to curb your hunger as a snack.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 tbsp of organic pea protein isolate
  • 1-2 tbsp of raw organic cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup of rolled oats
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 3/4 cup of hemp milk, almond milk or nut milk
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • pinch of fine Celtic salt

Methods

  1. Blend all ingredients on high in a blender until smooth
  2. Add toppings and enjoy!

Note

  • For a thicker smoothie, add a frozen banana, yoghurt, or avocado.
  • Want to add more crunch? add organic cacao nibs, organic chocolate milk cacao nibs or soy carob buttons and blend with other ingredients.
