Change this up from a chicken soup to a veggie soup by swapping the chicken with seasonal vegetables and our vegetable broth powder. To make a heartier meal, add brown rice or wholesome pasta.

INGREDIENTS

2 Tbsp organic olive oil

1 onion, diced
