How to Use
In gluten friendly baking, the gluten is missing, which can sometimes make baking fall apart. Xanthan gum keeps the gluten friendly flour bound together, and creates some elasticity and structure in your baking. Use around ¼- ½ teaspoon of Xanthan gum per cup of flour. If you are baking something that needs a bit more structure you can use a little more, but be careful as too much can making your baking sticky. Use Xanthan gum in your favourite Gluten friendly recipes such as Bread, Pizza dough, cakes, muffins and doughnuts.
