How to Use
To rehydrate, soak 1 cup of TVP with 3/4 cup + 2Tbsp of boiling water or stock. Use it as you would mince- to make shepherds pie, burger patties, spaghetti bolognese, in your lasagne filling, or make a mexican taco filling by mixing it with diced tomatoes, onion, garlic and mexican spices.
