How to Use
For a traditional family porridge, bring 2½ cups of milk and 1/3 cup of honey to the boil over a medium heat before stirring in 50g of semolina. Cook, stirring continuously for 6 minutes before adding a dollop of butter and serving with some stewed fruit or a roasted nut of your choice. Semolina is also used widely in old-fashioned Italian pasta and side recipes, and in sweets throughout India and in the Middle East. Great recipes for all of these can be found easily online.
