How to Use

Sage is an essential ingredient in saltimbocca recipes, and onion stuffing. Use it in soups and casseroles, omelettes, or tomato sauces. Sage is delicious in homemade sausages, and with chicken, duck or pork. Add a ½ - 1 teaspoon of these dried sage leaves per cup to black tea, or steep sage in boiled water for a herbal drink.
