How to Use
Snack on this Premium Raw Nut Mix anytime you’re peckish for a natural taste sensation, or create trail mixes combining dried fruit and seeds with nuts. Mixed nuts can be roughly chopped and added to muesli; smoothies; acai bowls; and oat or quinoa porridge. Activate raw nuts by soaking in water for 12 hours, before slowly dehydrating at a very low heat. Soaked nuts are great for dairy-free fresh mixed nut mylk - just drain, blend with 6 parts water (optional: add a little honey or coconut nectar &/or a pinch of Murray River pink salt), then strain through a clean cloth. Nut mylk will keep for several days, refrigerated in an airtight jar. Mixed nuts can also be ground for scrumptious fresh nut butter. For a little variety everyone will love - add some coconut flakes or a few cacao nibs before blending. Sprinkle chopped nut mix over salads, stir-fries and hot pots. Delicious in raw food sweet or savoury recipes; and in home-baked fruit & nut loaves, muffins, cakes and biscuits. Great to have in the pantry, convenient Premium Mixed Raw Nuts are wonderful when entertaining; beside a cheese and fruit board; or in a reusable jar as a delightful gift.
