Certified Organic, it is unbleached, contains no artificial additives and is non GMO. It has a fresh wheat flavour and aroma, natural off- white colour and fine texture. This flavoursome White flour can be used as all-purpose Self-Raising flour and is suitable for all baking and everyday cooking needs.
