How to Use
To make a Noodle soup: Boil cake of noodles in enough water for approx. 6 minutes. If you wish to make fried noodles: Boil noodles in enough water for about 4 minutes. Then briefly rinse noodles with cold water and drain. Fry the noodles for about 3 minutes. Use these noodles in comforting Ramen topped with a broth, steamed vegetables and a soft boiled egg. Make a healthy version of 2 minute noodles for your kids with a chicken broth. Make a refreshing noodle salad with cooked noodles, spring onions, shredded cabbage and capsicum, then top with a dressing of 4tbsp white vinegar, 2tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp tamari, 2 tsp sesame oil, 5tbsp olive oil. Make a noodle stirfry with your favourite seasonal vegetables and tofu or your choice of protein.
