How to Use
These beans are best ground fresh to preserve their full flavour. This coffee can be enjoyed hot or poured over ice for a refreshing Summer beverage. You can extract this coffee via your preferred method including AeroPress, plunger or espresso. Add your favourite milk and sweetener if desired. Blend with ghee and coconut oil for a great bulletproof brew to get you started in the morning. To make a cold filtered brew use a medium to coarse grind. Use 30 grams of coffee for each cup of cold water, stir to combine and then let stand for at least 12 hours before filtering. You can also use coffee in baked goods and desserts or even savoury recipes. Try adding a shot to meringue, mousse, cookies, cakes and puddings. Coffee adds a wonderful, rich flavour to roasted meats and pulled pork or add some freshly ground coffee in a spice rub.
