How to Use
Versatile and delicious Coconut flour can be added to porridge, chia puddings and smoothies; or sprinkled over cereal, yoghurt, fruit salad and acai bowls. Use coconut flour to coat fish before grilling for a taste sensation or stir into curries and soups. Coconut flour can be used to replace up to 1/3 of plain wheat flour in baking recipes, however about an equal amount of extra liquid will also be needed. Alternatively, pair equal parts coconut flour and quinoa flour with almond or hazelnut meal for wonderful cake and muffin mixes. Organic coconut flour also be used to make a beautiful pie crust, think tangy lemon or lime tarts.
