How to Use
Moroccan spice can be used as a tasty dry rub over meat prior to cooking, or sprinkle over roasted cauliflower just before it goes into the oven. It is delicious in marinades for chicken, fish or tofu. Use it in tajines, as seasoning for roasted meats, or try Moroccan lamb cooked over hot coals. This mix also makes a fantastic seasoning on barbequed corn with butter. Moroccan spice blend is a convenient way to add wonderful flavour to soups and hot pots. Sprinkle a little over some diced fresh tomatoes on focaccia before grilling, or use in in dressings for chickpea or rice salads.
