How to Use
Magnesium Chloride Flakes may be used in bath soaks, salt scrubs, foot soaks, combine with essential oils. Add 2-3 cups of flakes to a warm bath and soak for 20+ minutes. You can add 1/c cup of flakes to a foot spa or tub of warm water and enjoy a reviving foot soak. You can add a little olive or coconut oil – but avoid soap. For extra luxury add a handful of rose petals or lavender flowers. For a magnesium spray: combine ½ a cup of flakes with 1 cup of hot water (filtered or distilled). Once flakes are dissolved, pour mixture into a spray bottle. Spritz directly on to skin and gently massage. Or mix some into your favourite natural body cream. Combine magnesium flakes with a little coconut or olive oil and your favourite essential oils for a wonderful body scrub.
