How to Use
Harissa spice is a very versatile spice and using even a small amount will give any dish a lift. Use as a spice in place of any other spice blend in your favourite recipe, such as tacos, tagines, braised meats, curries, or tofu. The smoky flavours really compliment the spices in Harissa- so use it to marinade your veggies or meats and grill on the BBQ! Add a teaspoon to your hummus or devilled eggs as a Moroccan spicy twist. Add as a dry rub on meats or vegetables and slow cook to add a depth of flavour- it will transport you somewhere exotic!
