How to Use
Dukkah is traditionally eaten with oil and flat bread. It is also sprinkled over, or blended into dips – try it with hummus, roast capsicum or eggplant babaganoush. Add this traditional Dukkah to bread or damper recipes, or sprinkle over flat bread brushed with olive oil before heating in the oven – great for making mouth-watering crispy pita chips. It also makes a wonderful marinade for meat or fish. Add it to soups, curries and hotpots. Sprinkle over vegetables before roasting or BBQ; try a sweet potato, zucchini and red capsicum combo.
