How to Use
The fragrant sweetness of Cinnamon is often used in sweet or savoury recipes and hot or cold beverages. These organic quills can be used whole - prefect for bouquet garni - or ground for spice mixes. Cinnamon is a great addition to curries and hotpots, marinades and rubs. Grind these quills in a mortar & pestle to use in smoothies, porridge, yoghurt, acai bowls, pancakes, waffles and French toast. Add some to stewed fruit, puddings and home baked goodies. Or use cinnamon in raw treats, ice cream and chocolate. An essential ingredient in chai tea, cinnamon is also delicious in hot chocolate or coffee – where it can be used in place of sugar.
