How to Use
Sprinkle this Chinese 5 spice over veggies before roasting, use in marinades and rubs, or mix with flour, bread crumbs or ground nut meal as a coating for meat. Add to soups, noodle and rice dishes, hotpots or stir fries. Gently dry roast this spice mix with salt on a low heat for a tasty condiment. Add Chinese 5 spice to home baked muffins, cakes, biscuits or puddings. It is especially fabulous with apple or ginger flavours. This spice mix can also be used as a base for chai tea.
