How to Use
Bee pollen is best eaten at mealtime and especially with fruit. If you are new to it, we recommend starting with a 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon per day, with a maximum of 1 teaspoon/day. Use bee pollen as a garnish over oatmeal, yoghurt, cereal, soups and salads; blend a bit of pollen into your favourite salad dressing or add bee pollen to your morning smoothies.
